You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or modify any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

All project deliverables, creative assets, and designs produced by Vizhn Studios remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership and licensing rights shall transfer according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or proposal.

Vizhn Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you provide feedback, ideas, or creative input to Vizhn Studios (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt such Submissions for business and promotional purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any Submissions you share.

All pricing, invoices, and payment terms are governed by the specific agreements or proposals executed between Vizhn Studios and the client.

Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in writing. Vizhn Studios reserves the right to suspend services for late or non-payment.

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites or tools. Vizhn Studios is not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizhn Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or inability to access them.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) during the six months preceding the claim.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vizhn Studios disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizhn Studios, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Vizhn Studios reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
